I hesitated in doing this review. But i believe it's long over due. In Dec 2024 I hired Mr. Salinas for an owner financed situation in was dealing with where I was the buyer. We met and I discussed my case with him. He was very knowledgeable and he gave me the impression I had a strong case. After back and forth we finally got a mediation date to meet with seller.
