I had an unexpected visit to the facility. When I informed the receptionist that I did not have insurance, I noticed a change in the level of service. Save your money and just go buy over the counter meds. I get a sinus infection every year around this time. Over the years I have found a good concoction that works for me. I get a rocephin shot and a round of steroids. I usually feel better by the end of the day. That’s how well it works for me. The doctor or whatever she is here completely disregarded my request and refused to give me the shot. I went on 3/25 for what I am sure is a sinus infection….. well, although I was tested (neg) for influenza A/B and COVID, which kinda made since, it didn’t make since to me that the provider wanted to test for strep. She said she could hear that my throat might be scratchy. I’m pretty sure she also recorded my visit without my approval or knowing, she had what looked like a phone that was laid on the desk that she kept talking towards. Any clinic willing to employ Mackenzi Choitz PA does not value it’s patient care. She lacks basic professionalism and the emotional maturity needed to practice medicine. Please seek care anywhere else.
