My son has been a patient since he was 5 years old, was in a traffic accident that he miraculously survived with his 2 year old child, lost his glasses, shoes everything, called to get new glasses, was treated unsympathetically, and told his prescription was outdated, denied him this script which is part of his medical record and he has a right to that information and told him he would have to wait till September or October, a loyal patient, very infuriating! Dr. Sharpe is very knowledgeable. I always know that he is going to be able to answer my questions and do everything he can to improve my vision.
The Dr's and staff are so patient and caring! They really do listen to you and work to get your vision corrected. They are a very talented office and it reflects in the way they interact with their patients!
