Started out great but has gone way downhill. Have had account locked out several times due to suspicious activity making simple purchases on Amazon and other online purchases. This has happened to three people that I know who have accounts there. For me, this requires a 60 minute round trip to physically go in and speak to an associate to get access to MY MONEY restored. I love the live teller machines. They are open until 9pm, even on Saturday so I can get my banking done when I get off work instead of trying to do it on my lunch.
