Charged $100 for a missed appoinment (had family emergency) when no agreement was signed or commited do after making an appoinment over phone. Immediately sent the $100 fee to collections. Dentist practices here are joke, drive the extra 2 hours for a real one in the city
Dr. King is the best dentist I have ever worked with. She has an amazing bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and overall enjoyable to be around! She has helped me with a crown that has given me issues for years and I am so thankful we have a dentist of her caliber here in Chaffee. Thank you, Dr. King!
I'd give a zero if possible.
I'm sure they're wonderful and she was very kind on the phone. Just putting it out there for others like myself so we don't have to call as many dentists down the list. They do not accept medicaid. No shade or anything for it, just know from experience it's annoying to have to call around so much to find someone who accepts it. Have a good day all.
