The worst place to take your child! They will hurt them and then bill your insurance for all they can get! They did damage to my 4 year old! Very bad experience! BEWARE!
So I had a appointment at 9:30 a.m today! And i'm still waiting to be seen. The young lady in the front desk wasn't really helpful, she couldn't give me an estimate on how long I would be waiting. I asked if it could be 2 hrs 1 hr she didn't even want to answer me. I guess this is normal here. I should had called around and checked for other locations that take medical. I don't think just because we have Medical we should settle for this kind of treatment. Will definitely be calling dentical for more options.
I do not recommend this business for any child! This business claims to specialize in children that are disabled but absolutely by far the worse experience that I have ever had helping my grandson. They over book appts by hours. My 14 year old grandson had a stroke at birth and is severely disabled. He weights 155 pounds and is about 6 feet tall so a big kid with Cerebral Palsy and Autism to name a few if his disabilities. This place is ridiculous. They book like 29 patients at the exact time. There is no parking in the parking lot and the staff should mention that on the phone. I circled maybe 27 times and finally made my own parking. I finally make it inside and am told my child could not be seen because his father was not here to sign his paper work mind you they NEVER MENTIONED this when set appointment was made. This establishment makes western dental look like a Neiman Marcus.
