Dr Mitch went out of his way for me. I was in town for High Lonesome 100 and 3 days before the race, my hip locked up. He made space in his schedule to see me twice, and I started the race pain free!
I can't say enough good things about Salida Sport & Spine. You rarely wait even 15 minutes for your appointment. The chiropractors are amazing and the receptionists are friendly. Chiropractor, Allan Stoughton helped to fix my frozen shoulder using chiropractic, dry needling, gua sha and electro stim. I was in a lot of pain and hadn't been able to get my arm above my head in several years. I can now! So grateful to not have needed surgery due to his help! Highly recommend!
Nate is the best!
