The braids were extremely tight, got sores in my head. This is a place i have been going to for years, so i was disappointed. The young woman seemed angry that I was getting cornrows and not knot less braids which the new trend. The others complain about cornrows and crochet braids how they dont like to do it. Young braiders who only wants to do trend hairstyles at an expensive price. So they not treat you well.
Be careful who you go to in there. So my problem is with someone who’s clearly a newer braided she’s light skin and works in the back last chair. She didn’t do my hair how I wanted and had issues grasping the hair towards the center of my head. At some point she must’ve cut my scalp with her fingernails and I got an infection. Her hands must’ve been dirty. It’s been 5 days now with me getting small bald spots and hair thinning at the roots. I had to get a prescription. If I could give you guys zero I would, I recommend a fren to them because when I lived in the Bronx they were really good, she went and her hair was not done neat or was it even secure I told her to go back and when she did they would not redo it!! She asked them if they expect her to come again after that and they lady said she don’t care!!! Just horrible and disgusting!! Horrible customer service!!! Horrible work!!! Don’t waste your time or money!! Go somewhere with quality work and quality service!!!
this place is dirty they leave hair all over the place it's disgusting they don't clean up after themselves .
