I came back to this shop because my dad recommended it after spending over one thousand dollars here on truck tires. That trust ended today. We brought in a Bridgestone tire we had saved as a backup, but after installation, it was replaced with a completely different brand without explanation. When we went back to ask the owner if he could check the cameras or talk to the employee who worked on it, we were told to just come back another day. No apology. No accountability.
