Could have gone better, AFTER A YEAR IN, We discovered they were overusing our credits, and then charging us for refilling our credits, after discovery they credited our account with an unusable amount of credits. I cannot pay my bills in salesmsg credits. You should have refunded me.

Charged me with no service rendered.
Don't walk away...RUN!!! The presentation seemed sound so I went to sign up. They have no issue getting your credit card info for billing (the only way), then you go to a screen where you choose the state and area code to get a number. Only to find out that I cant get a phone number with my area code. I am in Columbus OHIO which is the 14th largest city in the USA. How in the world can someone offer a text messaging service with no ability to provide a local number? So now I have to cancel the service that I cant get and the... read more
