Don't walk away...RUN!!! The presentation seemed sound so I went to sign up. They have no issue getting your credit card info for billing (the only way), then you go to a screen where you choose the state and area code to get a number. Only to find out that I cant get a phone number with my area code. I am in Columbus OHIO which is the 14th largest city in the USA. How in the world can someone offer a text messaging service with no ability to provide a local number? So now I have to cancel the service that I cant get and the... read more

Custom support is terrible. After talking in circles with our support rep they then had submit a help ticket to support. Why is the support team reaching out to the support team? We have multiple clients using Salesmsg accounts. We submitted 3 clients, nearly identical businesses and use cases, in a 2 week period. 1 was approved no problem. One was denied due to documentation issues and 1 was denied for use case even though all 3 had the same use case. Almost no help what so ever was provided in solving these issues.
