Excellent team, especially Karen Lieber. She is incredibly helpful, communicates clearly, and always makes sure you're on the right track. Whenever you face a problem, the data team is ready to help and provide the best possible solutions. Once again, an exceptional team.
Doesn't get any traction on out going mail or calls, most of the emails and phone numbers are dead. Paid for credits then once the month ended they removed my credits from my account and didn't refund. AVOID

They’ll acknowledge it’s a "bad fit" but still keep your money. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Salesgenie. After realizing the platform was not at all what I needed to accomplish my goals, I reached out to cancel and requested a refund for the initial months where the service provided zero value. I just had a issue that I have a 1 Star.rating.with Kevin but that star was intended to be 1 as in won one. So the issue was resolved and will Ill be coming back if given the right opportunity and marketing dollars to back it on my search for sales and contact information. So happy with Kevin
