SalesStaff Worked I really don't understand some of these reviews here. We started using SalesStaff LLC about 6 months ago and just wrapped up the initial project. Our experience was better than most of the companies we've tried in the past. They did what they said they would do, nothing is perfect and we had some bumps, but working with them we got value and return on investment. I recommend.
Very poor ROI We have an IT B2B services business. Salesstaff pre sales pitch was good but we did hit bumps all across the campaign period after signing up with them. Not even 10% qualified appointments were made by their team. We provided proper feedback on all appointments on the same day, but it fell through the crack because of very poor account management in the beginning. Solid demand gen company What I like most about working with the SalesStaff team is that they do what they they say theyll do.
Best Vendor We've Used We decided to use them to supply appointments to our team of emerging market enterprise reps. Within the pilot we closed 2 larger deals and one smaller one. We decided to renew and have continued to experience rapid growth based upon their meetings. Great pay for performance model In evaluating Demand Generation vendors, we found the pay-for-performance model offered by SalesStaff to be extremely attractive. Other per-month or per-rep models we evaluated didnt provide a firm guarantee of results. So we were eager to work with SalesStaff, and have been more than pleased with the results.
Positive experience Our experience with SalesStaff was all positive. We went into it with some reservations about what the quality of sales appointments would be but the results of our campaign exceeded expectations. The SalesStaff team, above all, was results-oriented and focused on delivering actionable opportunities.
