I purchased a 9ct gold engagement ring from this store about four years ago for around $500. It was described as having a lab-grown diamond. Multiple independent jewellers have since confirmed the stone is zircon, not diamond. I no longer have the receipt, but I have written valuations verifying the misrepresentation. Disappointed and would not recommend without independent testing first. They mislead and dupe customers.
I bought a watch at Northland today and I spoke to Thelma & Francesco, I had an excellent experience and I will be shopping there again :)
DO NOT SHOP HERE - Ruined wedding and engagement rings. Don’t go here for custom rings OR simple clean. The engagement we had custom had the claws warp three times in the first six months. I was charged and blamed for it the second time and the third time the stone fell out and lost before I noticed. When the cleaned the wedding ring we’d bought separately, they removed the yellow gold. Wherever crap they used to fix their mistake lasted for ten days after the ceremony. Way to disappoint important memories with shitty work.
DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THIS SHOP ! I’ve made a $1000 deposit for a Longines watch (on sale for $4700) which they said will come from their Queensland shop. When it came, the watch was in a plastic resealable bag and not in it’s proper casing. Watch also had very poor quality finish. Asked for refund but the shop manager, Thelma, who has the worst customer service attitude was so arrogant and disrespectful and declined my refund.
