Walked into the shop had Duke help us a lot. Very well mannered, knows his jewelery very well. Very good taste and can help you very well. If you have questions or wanna learn anything about jewelery Duke is your person to go to. Very well dressed and presentable. Marry came along and help us as well. Excellent customer service. Merry was very helpful in finding,recommending gift idea's for special occasions. All staff at Salera's are excellent and very friendly. Highly recommend this store for any special occasion or just for yourself.
After buying my daughter an opal ring from another "chain store jewlers" & having issues with a craked opal then a poor repair i was given a credit . Bought a vintage ring online in London to find on arrival a stone fell out & the ring needed $3000 in repairs to make it able to be worn , another refund. We, daughter & i, went looking in Chermside, (after North Lakes and pushy staff), so many lovely rings. WOW! 100/10 service, trustworthy and amazing. I went to the chermside store and was looked after by Will and also had a great interaction with Duke as well. Will is absolutely amazing, funny, so kind and honestly an awesome person! My dad and I got a sapphire ring to replace my ring that was from another jeweller that the opal broke And then again we bought a ring online and was ripped off there as well.
