I had been to Salera's jewellery and watches store at Werribee Plaza a few weeks ago. When I entered the store the Vietnamese rep was attending an Indian Punjabi Turban man and had his two little boys with him. Tatiana the Italian service rep seriously just offended me. She didn't attend me for 15 min and when I requested she bluntly pointing that Indian turban man said "I thought he was your husband so I didn't". Horribly rude and offensive. I had my watch resized, and the customer service was nothing short of immaculate. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to provide a detailed overview of my watch’s functions.
