I bought a watch from Vanessa here for my husband. She was really helpful finding a watch and explaining the details. She was really friendly and didn't seem like she was trying to push a sale. Do not be a victim of this company-Text book definition of abusing consumer laws-STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. I bought a Tissot watch that had issues so 2 days after I exchanged it with the Citizen CC1075-05E WHICH APPEARS INB THE IMAGE ATTACHED.
