This is by far the best jewelry store I’ve ever purchased from. We moved to the area 3 years ago and I was referred to Salem’s by my husband’s family. They have used Salem for over 20 years. I’ve bought several pieces as well as had things repaired. They will be redesigning my wedding rings as soon as I decide what I want. Thank you Salem’s!
I tasked them with repairing my deceased father’s ring, that another (unnamed jeweler) previously attempted to repair and failed. The staff at Salems was wonderful and very helpful. I couldn’t be happier with the results of the ring. They took the time to match the stones and now it looks almost exactly how I remember it when my father had it. I highly suggest these guys. Awesome work! You now have another life long customer as I will definitely choose this place first for any jewelry going forward.
Brought my sons gold chain to replace a broken clasp, asked to replace it with a 14k gold one. They kept the original broken clasp when I asked about it they said they had to send the chain out and it was never returned. I specifically asked them not to polish it and they did, the pendant definitely weighs lighter. On the of everything the new clasp broke a few months after.
No matter how far I move from Marble Falls, I will always go to Salems for any jewelry changes, resizes, cleanings etc! Everyone that works there is always attentive, kind, and caring of myself and my jewelry pieces I take to them. It is clear in their care and prices that they are not there to make you spend an outrageous amount of money to do what you need. I will always recommend them to whoever asks for jewelry needs! The folks at Salem’s Jewelry took my late mother’s ring and used the stones to create 3 spectacular diamond bands for her granddaughters giving them an undeniable connection to her and each other. Salem’s doesn’t simply sell beautiful jewelry, they create remembrances that last a lifetime and beyond. Highly recommend.
