My husband bought me a Rolex for Christmas in 2023... and turns out it is NOT a genuine Rolex. It doesn't keep time overnight, and I had it serviced twice by Salem's in 2024 before taking it to Korman, an official Rolex Retailer. Rolex would NOT service it because it doesn't have genuine Rolex parts. To make it worse, Salem's offered to buy it back for 60% of what we paid. Very disappointing.

Salem’s Jewelry not only offers an amazing selection of beautiful jewelry but also wonderful customer service! My fiancé and I are getting married on Saturday and brought his watch in for a last minute fix. They took great care of us and were able to fix it quickly so he could wear it on the big day!
Great people. They will take all the time necessary to make sure you find what you want.
