Ordered a GYRO for pickup. Barely understood the person on the phone. I went through the drive through and the person attending was very rude. Didn't even say welcome, just handed me a bag without even asking what my order was. I had to ask if that was my GYRO and she just nodded, not even a thank you. She had some kind of wrapping around her head. I'm am absolutely not racist but in America we have what's called courtesy and gratitude for supporting our businesses. Will not be back.
Saturday October 4th, it was my first time at Salem's in Bradenton on 14th Street, food was good, service, at first was not perfect, however thanks to Kayla, who was in charge that evening, she really went out of her way to make it perfect. I left that evening making sure that I will come back to Salem's in Bradenton. Thank you very much Kayla for doing your best, you left a very good impression on me, representing this store. We need more people like Kayla in the service industry.
