This place needs to value there employees way more. No wonder they're employee turn over is so high....no bonuses, no holiday bonus/perks, they don't even have employee parties anymore. Sad how much this place has taken a dive in the last 3. They make VERY good money so there's no reason for the lack of employee appreciation. It used to be a good place to work, now it's a place I encourage employees to find better treating employers. They still do have some very capable people working here.

I used to work for salem wood Products and I do have to say that I loved it there, ol smitty was the coolest and the owners were extremely cool also, the cabinets this place produces are TOP OF THE LINE! And the floor man was an OUTSTANDING leader.

My First day of employment they sent me home before 8 o’clock in the morning because they said they didn’t have anything for me to do. A lead person by the name of Mark, (who I’d been assigned to on numerous occasions,) has the most potential of anyone I’ve ever met of being a nice person. Mark the GM, seem to be a wonderful person with a great and cheery personality. Tod seemed to be the same. As an employer I rate them as a 2. on the business aspect I would rate SWP as a 4.
