My visits are usually quick and simple but also thorough. My last visit I showed up 10 minutes early, only to wait another hour and a half to be seen. When I was finally taken back, my doctor didn't seem to have the time of day to even ease any concerns with a new medication. When I asked if they could call in my prescription for mail order I was told they don't do that(which causes me to have to wait two and a half weeks to get my prescription of I don't want to pay 35$ and monthly that is a big expense) I used my mail in a... read more
Dr Barton did a fantastic job delivering my baby! Had many problems and yet she got him here safe and sound. She had excellent bedside manners also!! She always brings a smile to your face.
After deciding to leave the practice, they owed us $100, as my insurance had paid for everything they had done. We were assured that the check would be sent to us and we would receive it by the end of that month. The end of the month rolls around; no check. We call them back to ask about it and get the line "It will be to you no later than the 30th of this month." 30th rolls around; no check. So we call AGAIN, and get the same exact line. I really needed to see my old doctor about something extremely important and I had moved to Canton and recently moved back. But bc when I was in Canton and had a life threatening thing happen and seen a different doctor up there now they won't see me at all in the woman's clinic. Would have rated 5 stars but like I said I have something serious I needed my old doctor for....
Dr. doty is awesome! She was amazing, and I had a lot of problems with my delivery! Still see her every year!
