I can't say enough good about our experience with Salem Windows and Doors. From the first meeting with owner Ben Heinson we knew we were on the right track in selecting a window vendor. Ben listened carefully to our questions and concerns and scheduled on on-site review of our home. He and associate John carefully measured existing windows (and one sliding door). If you are looking for high level professionalism from the point of sale through the completion of the entire installation process, I highly recommend Salem Windows and Doors, Inc. From our first meeting with Ben at our home, I knew he listened and understood our needs. We then met mim at his showroom, and found exactly the quality of product we were hoping to find.
