Amazing and friendly
2 days after a person passes away you change the locks on the apartment without any consideration for the family. If the rent was paid for the month then that should be how long the have to get the belongings out. The way you went about it is pure disgusting and you have no consideration or compassion for your tenants.
Do not rent from this place.. and I repeat never rent from this place!!! If you are a resident that has paid rent on time every month and you pass away. This lousy company will change the locks before the end of the month and tell you to make arrangements when it’s convenient for them to get the personal stuff out!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
