Was referred here by a groomer. Called for the first time and whoever answered the phone was the rudest person you could ever speak with. Upon reading the reviews, it seems this is an ongoing problem. I cant imagine why the dr would continue to employ someone like this.
Absolutely terrible. If you want to keep your pet alive and be treated with kindness go ANYWHERE else. The woman at the front desk is so beyond rude.

Nicole answered the phone in a rush not even caring about my questions it’s sounds like she is very unprofessional and not trained to be working at a vet I called and asked for a service that someone had recommended me here for and now apparently they can’t tell me if they can do the service until booking my exam didn’t even ask much details the first thing after I told her I took my car into a vet and told her what was wrong she first asks me “sooo did they not give you referrals” and basically told me no and then went quie... read more
