Extremely unorganized team. Their lack of communication and organization led to an urgent procedure being tabled; fortunately, another provider group stepped in to assist the patient. Dr Joshua Rickie was completely unprofessional and rude throughout the process. His team made the clerical and communication errors, yet he chastised the patient for the confusion. His complete lack of concern for the patients well being through this situation was most troubling. I would not recommend putting your well being in his hands.
