Three stars if someone other than Donna Firestone waits on me. Donna is condescending and full of false product knowledge so take this as a warning: don't believe what she tells you - do your own research. They would have to be giving things away before I would shop there again.
As a begining consumer I found myself in this store looking for some ideas of what my dream stereo system would sound like. My interaction with the staff there was strictly professional and they showed me what I needed to gather the ideas of the future pieces that I would be applying for as the approach to the competitions became closer.
