I have been going to this dental practice since I moved into the area. They are very professional and attentive to your needs. I have periodontal disease and teeth are very sensitive near the root areas. They will numb the gums with a topical solution and it works great. The Dentist will not work on your teeth unless you feel totally numb in the area. Many options are given to you rather than spending the most money at that time in life.
I hate the dentist. I always have for as long as I can remember. I didn’t see one for a good 10 years if not more. I found Dental Arts of Salem because of pain in a tooth that I had for several years and couldn’t tolerate anymore. The staff was so caring and understanding of my phobia of the dentist and took their time with me. Calmed me down and wouldn’t proceed till I was ok this was even for a cleaning.
