It's great when you can actually get a hold of them and actually get seen otherwise I feel neglected
Seriously services is not good waiting for my appointment months and just mi get canceled them try to give me another one on 5 weeks is not working
The providers are terrific and the place was clean and comfortable for my sleep study. If you need CPAP supplies, I highly recommend not using them. They are super inconsistent about sending them and I don't think I've ever once had a voicemail returned from this place so you just have to keep calling until you get someone (and even then you may have to keep calling). Do not recommend!!! Find a different doctor and sleep center for help. I had a friend go here a week ago after visiting Dr. Shimm and it was the most awful experience. The staff that work at night are abrupt, rude, absent and unhelpful. The cleanliness of the office should be reviewed by the Oregon Department Health, and lastly when my friend has issues, Rhonda the office manager was very rude and dismissive. Dr. Shimm needs to do better with staffing and with the care he advises for his patients. STAY AWAY FROM THE CENTER
