I went in for my consultation, and Dr. Shim was very understanding of my concerns and steps I had already been taking to better my sleep. I never thought I could have chronic insomnia, but since he prescribed doxipen to help me stay asleep all night, it has been a big change in how I feel when I wake up! Everyone in the office is very nice and wants to help in any way possible.

The staff was very helpful & courteous. I got the best nights sleep on their wonderful mattress & Dr Shim explained everything very well. Overall what started as something unknown & uncomfortable ended up being a very pleasant & educational experience.

Getting CPAP supplies from them is nearly impossible. They rarely answer their phones and don't return your calls. Between my wife and I we've left dozens of messages over the last few months without callbacks. Their text message supply order system also never yields supplies. I didn't know any better when they gave it to me, but they provided me with a dated CPAP machine that I'm stuck with it for at least 5 years. I would advise going elsewhere for your CPAP needs.
