My first interaction wasn’t pleasant, due to technology issues ,but my referral finally went through and I had my first visit. Ever since then, SRA has been very professional, the staff is wonderful (and they put up with me), and reliable. Dr Li and Dr Blake are very knowledgeable about paralysis and have helped me figure out what is happening with my body. Um. I don't know if the other doctors are great, but Steve X Truong has the worst bedside manner I've seen. Very impersonal, slow, and not friendly. He was highly knowledgeable, but unable to answer my personal questions about the procedure. He even told me to stop asking questions, and wait until the end. I never got to ask my questions or even state my concerns. He only stated what he thought I wanted to know. I felt pretty damn uncomfortable the whole time. Next time because I will be back, I will request a different doct... read more
