I worked on a home build with Shannon Salem and can’t say enough about how awful the situation was. She lied to us and we ended up losing the home we were building and a significant amount of money. After reaching out to her about the situation we have never heard back from her; even a year later. I would never trust this real estate group or suggest them to anyone.
