I love my doctor (Dr. Johnson), but the staff is horrible, especially the medical assistant. They never answer the phone. You have to leave multiple messages. The staff is hard to work with. They will not send pre-authorizations in for prescriptions needed and they make the patient call the insurance company to see if things are covered. My previous have been able to access insurance formularies and tell me what’s covered and not covered. The fact that they won’t send in pre-authorizations for prescriptions is ridiculous. I came last Friday with my mom and the AMAZING ANA helped us out!! She was absolutely wonderful!! The best service ever and made my mom feel super comfortable despite the language barrier. She was so patient with me translating things to my mom and just made us feel right at home. I’ve never met someone as special as she is and I hope her hard work, determination, and beautiful personality gets recognized. Thank you for being so amazing Ana! 💞
Had my 2nd sleep study done but this time new place and Annah was very welcoming took very good care of me ! i havent slept like a baby in months ! She made me feel very at home didn’t take me long to fall asleep !
I just recently started my sleep study process and so far everything has been fantastic! Friendly staff, quick follow up help and patience with me while my work is in transition with our company insurance. A special thanks to Annah who helped me with my sleep study. She is so personable, professional, and hilarious. She made the whole process seamless and easy. She’s so warm and genuine it was like she treated me as family. I adored her! Thanks again!
Salem Pulmonology and Annah made my sleep study as comfortable and easy on me as it could be… and frankly more comfortable and easy than I feared it would be. Well done guys.
