I love my dr. He's great. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the rest of the office. No one returns calls when needing to make an appt. My brother inlaw has the same experience. There was also another time where staff blocked me in and i couldn't pull out of my parking space. I took a picture of the car and license plate and they confirmed it was there co worker. They said they would let them know. So I waited in my car and no one showed. I had to go back in there again. Staff is not held accountable.
I am incredibly grateful to Annah for her warm welcome and for making my experience much more enjoyable! Despite opening up about my struggles with depression and anxiety, she managed to lift my spirits with her humor and charm! I wholeheartedly endorse Salem Pulmonary Associates!
I usually prefer a female provider but as soon as I had an appointment with Dr. Johnson I felt comfortable. He is kind, knowledgeable, competent and understanding. So glad to have him as my doctor!
I love my doctor (Dr. Johnson), but the staff is horrible, especially the medical assistant. They never answer the phone. You have to leave multiple messages. The staff is hard to work with. They will not send pre-authorizations in for prescriptions needed and they make the patient call the insurance company to see if things are covered. My previous have been able to access insurance formularies and tell me what’s covered and not covered. The fact that they won’t send in pre-authorizations for prescriptions is ridiculous.
