I have been to Salem Pain and Spine numerous times for back pain. If I am going on the left side of the office I am always greeted by "Maggie". Maggie always has a smile, she is very professional, but always has a twinkle in her eyes and has a great since of humor. She is very thorough in her part of the examination. IMO, it’s always very evident when you go to medical facilities who’s there for the paycheck and who’s there because they want to help others. The provider I seen offered me one solution, which was a simple ‘bandaid solution’ that wasn’t guaranteed to work. When I expressed that I wanted to know other treatment options (as I’d done research beforehand on my condition) I was met with a fatphobic response.
