Been calling and leaving messages for the past week and still have no answer and they have not returned my phone calls back after leaving multiple messages!!!
A lot of the negative reviews are hard to see. These are 2 of the best doctors you'll find, Dr. Hill and Dr. John. But with Hill being out for health reasons for such a long time, they're struggling to get patients in. They don't deserve the bad reviews they need us patients to be patient. I'm struggling more with seizures again and they've had a very long wait but Dr. John is worth waiting to see. I have faith he will help me live a normal life again at some point. Schedule appointment, they had me one 8/14/25 , went there they were closed , im done with these types of Doctors office. They don't need to call back.
They never know how to answer their phones and the front desk people always hang up on you I've been calling them ever since Monday and leaving voicemails and nobody will give me a call back or answer the phone
