My son saw her three times and he enjoys his appointments; however, she is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I’ve left 5 messages since January and haven’t received a call/text/email back. I’m going to have to look for another counselor for him. :(
We were referred to one of the doctors here who came highly recommended. I have left three voicemail messages over the span of one month (two in the general mailbox two weeks apart, and the last one directly with the doctor we were hoping to see). I have not received a return call from anyone. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing.
My son was referred to Justine. We can't get a callback from anyone here
