Great bunch of guys I had no problem with them. They gave me a ride to the motel and came and picked me up after my truck was ready.
First let me say that 5 stars is not enough for the level of service and expertise at this shop. As an independent contractor for an owner operator, it’s very difficult to find great people and good service within this trucking industry. We have taken our truck to other Salem facilities and other lease facilities and they all fall short of the guys and gal at this Salem location in Knoxville, TN.
