I would give this less than 1 star if I could. I have never had such bad customer service experience in my life. The front desk receptionist yelled at me when I asked if she knew where I could get a doctor to write me a script.. She then proceeded to play on her cell phone and ignore me while another woman stepped up to help. Very unprofessional. I ordered a test online and when I ordered it and paid for it, there was no mention of needing a script and its a simple test so I didn't know a doctor was needed. The other woman, ... read more
