Dr. Makdah is a very good reasonable doctor, who pays attention to his patients, and even remembers minute personal details, he even emails patients their results timely. Yes, he's not always on time, but he always makes time which of course can throw off the schedule. I find it preferable to be able to get time with your regular physician, than constantly have to go to immediate care for small prescriptions.
HORRIBLE!! I have been a patient at Northwestern hospitals since I was born 46 years ago and this was by far the worst doctor I have ever come into contact with. He saunters in 40 minutes late for the appointment, he doesn't offer to shake my hand or introduce himself. He comes in and asks my why I am there. I tell him my cardiologist sent me because I am pre diabetic and I am struggling to lose weight and this man wants to talk to me about my echo results.
