They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and they get you in the door fast. We didn’t have to wait very long, and they were extremely helpful during our entire time there. All 5 stars all the way
My kid was there for over 2 hours and never got in a room this place is really understaffed and to small for dallas they need to enlarge the hospital ASAP
Avoid this place. You’re better off driving to Salem to be seen in a timely manner, and probably with a more helpful staff. Every visit I’ve had here I have regretted and it’s a new doctor each time it seems like. I waited 3 and a half hours to be told to buy over the counter meds for a severe sinus issue. Not only are they not helpful you’ll be sure to be gaslit by the healthcare system when they give you a box of tissues on the way out. I’m sure I’ll be back in for the same issue.
Terrible service. The person at the front desk is very polite, but the medical staff inside couldn't care less if your child is having respiratory issues; they give priority to people who don't even look sick. Nowadays, they attribute every symptom to COVID—as if it were the only disease in the world.
