Dr Coehlo is no longer with pain management. My guess is medicare fraud. Good riddance. He was horrible. They also made my mother sign and initial that she was pleased with every explanation before even being seen. She was instructed to sign this or else she wouldn't get her meds, again..before even being seen.
Today I have to take a person who I am a caregiver to. This person was admitted at Salem health hospital for shoulder and hip fractures and there pain med direction was changed due to current pain. I had seen him in 2022 for pelvic pain and back pain, filled out the questionnaire for “pain” when he came in the room he said “you have fibromyalgia and you will be taking tramadol from now on to manage your fibromyalgia” and then tried to walk out of appointment, I stopped him and said “what makes u think I have that when I have pelvic and back pain? Have always been happy today I was told I could not go in with my client how is elderly and legally blind I'm her caregiver and go to all apartments with her per work and family that's my job
