Good place but noisy customers talk on speaker phone
Dr Hill was so understanding and explained everything to me. I can definitely recommend him to family and friends. I wish more doctors were like him.
ADDENDUM: I received a call back from the clinic manager Cecilia 3-days after my initial call to schedule follow-up and I was notified that I would NOT be able to be seen in their clinic due to the normal MRI brain/neck. The office manager continued to persist that because the MRI was normal I do not need to be seen. I emphasized that the reason for the referral was not because of the MRIs, and that the referral was for my left hand numbness/pain/weakness which continues to persist. I have been with Dr. Julie Solomon for more than 5 years now. I’m not sure about any other neurologists in Salem Health but this is towards Julie and her office only. Over the years I ran into a few issues: -She randomly stopped prescribing epilepsy medication that I have been on for 15 years because of rules of having to see me twice a year.
