If I could rate them lower I would...actually, just 1 person there was the whole reason for a bad review. Alexis has to be the least compassionate and hardest person to work with. I was under the assumption that a doctor would read my results and call me back (like every other specialty I have ever worked with), but no. I had to call them to get my results and then I had to deal with Alexis. No clue what her background is, but she was so apathetic it staggers me.
