I always have the greatest experience with Salem Imaging. The front staff is exceptional, Devin helped today, and was great up front. The staff doing my x-rays were very quick and extremely professional, I will continue to always come to this part of the hospital in the future!
Got an x ray and it was a very quick and smooth process. My x ray tech Jon explained everything thoroughly and was very nice and professional. Overall great experience.
Salem Health Imaging Department refuses to provide services to those people that have insurance from out of network or if you have insurance from a provider that they don't have a contract with - they refuse to offer a legal option of signing a waiver of billing insurance and just cash pay.
My husband had an MRI of the spine scheduled. He has a Pacemaker so it has to be coordinated with the tech. The week prior to the scheduled MRI he had a TIA. He did not know what city he was in or how he got there. He didn’t remember talking to his daughter. He was admitted to WVM for monitoring. As the day went on he started to regain his memory. They did a CT and an echo. Upon discharge they recommended an MRI of the brain. We met with his doctor for follow up and let them know of the existing MRI. PCP tried to put through... read more
