Scheduler was extremely rude. He hung up on me while I was speaking. I highly doubt I will call back to reschedule! Super unprofessional! I see reading the other comments on here that this is not an isolated incident.
Had appt today, waited 15 minsfor therapist to come out. I checked in downstairs and when I came upstairs the receptionist didn't acknowledge me and was chatting on the phone. I approached her after waiting 15 mins and asked where the therapist was. She says oh well you need to fill out these forms. That's why she's not coming to get you. I told her if she was actually doing her job instead of chatting on the phone, the form would have been done 10 mins ago. Pathetic!!
