Well. IF you can even get in…. And thats a really BIG if… because trying to get them to even acknowledge a referral is a JOKE. It took about FOUR MONTHS and THREE referrals from my dr, and they NEVER called me, I had to reach out each time, only to be told excuse after excuse about why the referral wasnt valid, THEN they arent taking new patients, oh wait, they ARE taking new patients but appointments are 2 months out. Horrible experience dealing with therapist Saif paid them to take care of my shoulder and because I was 15 min late sent me home? I am not a child! Was very unprofessional with me! Supposed to be work conditioning to help me not stress me out! Always was a problem with me there I quit couldn't even finish. My name is Ryan Laudon

Had appt today, waited 15 minsfor therapist to come out. I checked in downstairs and when I came upstairs the receptionist didn't acknowledge me and was chatting on the phone. I approached her after waiting 15 mins and asked where the therapist was. She says oh well you need to fill out these forms. That's why she's not coming to get you. I told her if she was actually doing her job instead of chatting on the phone, the form would have been done 10 mins ago. Pathetic!! Very rude staff!

Scheduler was extremely rude. He hung up on me while I was speaking. I highly doubt I will call back to reschedule! Super unprofessional! I see reading the other comments on here that this is not an isolated incident. A week later.... I did call to talk to a manager and no one ever called me back. Such hardcore non-commitment to quality customer service. I would give zero stars if possible. A 3.7 rating isn't very good. I would seek services elsewhere!!
