Crazy my appointment time starts at 7 so I and they tell you to check in at least 15 mins early. I got there at 6:55 and the security said. Sorry Troy? Won’t unlock the doors until at 7. I told them my appointment time is at 7 so now that means my appointment will start late. So I get in finally at 7:01 when they unlock the doors and was told. There are no receptionist until 7:30, but they should know you are here. This is for physical therapy and I did not get checked in and my appointment did not start until 7:15. So I los... read more
Avoid this place as much as you can. Wait times for appointments are extremely long. The front desk staff are horrible. At least the ones I've talked to. They're incredibly short and unhelpful. They don't seem to care at all, and its not like I'm a rude person on the phone. It's like pulling teeth to get the medication I NEED from these people. I don't know why they went into healthcare. Trust the other reviews and see a doctor elsewhere.
