Good experience setting up the appointment and getting seen quickly, but the diagnosis from Anna Mathison seemed a little uninformed and rushed. I had a heat rash and my wife and I were thinking I'd be prescribed some steroids, but instead all I got were antihistamine pills to help me sleep at night (itching was so bad I couldn't sleep). 5 days later i setup an appointment with Dr. Placek at the Independence location and she saw me quickly and also took more time diagnosing me. Crazy my appointment time starts at 7 so I and they tell you to check in at least 15 mins early. I got there at 6:55 and the security said. Sorry Troy? Won’t unlock the doors until at 7. I told them my appointment time is at 7 so now that means my appointment will start late. So I get in finally at 7:01 when they unlock the doors and was told. There are no receptionist until 7:30, but they should know you are here. This is for physical therapy and I did not get checked in and my appointment did not start until 7:15. So I los... read more
