I saw this Dr several years ago.... DR PATHAK and still traumatized by how he treated me. He doesn't even speak in medical terms. Told me I had a dry kidney with no explanation. I can't even understand his English. Also completely discounted my pain and refused to even give me a lidocaine patch for severe spinal stenosis requiring surgery. He said I can't have a patch because they don't work but I've been using them for years and they do work but he didn't care. He was extremely rude to me and I left crying. Don’t know what these other people are talking about. Receptionist were amazing, every doctor was amazing and welcoming.
I had my first visit at Salem Clinic today and found the entire staff from reception to Mr Gratwohl to be kind, courteous and caring. My PA-C clearly knew both what I needed and the steps for insurance authorization, making me confident I found the right provider for my condition. My only issue was some confusion on how patients may upload medical records prior to visit, but it was settled long before my arrival and my feedback seemed genuinely received, which deserves recognition.
