Simple to get appointment through the app. No issues with receptionist. I have had nothing but good care here. It’s super clean
Receptionist called me snarky for asking why they needed my personal information for an account to inform them that they were sending messages to the wrong number. Apparently, I'm an asshole for trying to tell them that they are sending stuff to the wrong person. This franchise is also actively removing coverage for OHP which covers 1/4 of our state and is primarily low-income people. Disgusting business.

Not sure why I've been going here for 4 years. My doctor is okay, but the medical front desk and receptionists are absolutely terrible. The rudest I've ever dealt with. I'm going through pulmonary embolisms in both my lungs and super high blood pressure. They say I recently missed a couple appointments which one of them was just to take my blood pressure.
