Receptionist is very rude, even asking just basic questions you’ll get a very demeaning response to make you feel stupid for even asking. And in the room waiting for the doctor you can hear them talking about you. I’d recommended finding a new place.
Terrible experience. Waste of time. Refused to sign my doctor's note. Never coming back.

Since February 2025 I have been advocating for my health and this provider to fix all false statements, information, retaliation flag for calling his boss on him and diagnoses he placed in his medical file.
