Quick and easy, I'm very happy. I brought my elderly mother with dementia in and she didn't even feel the needle. Wonderful staff I just can't say Thank you enough .
I went to Salem health laboratory to drop off some lab samples for them to be processed as requested by my provider. As soon as I got there to give my sample they asked If I had blue cross blue shield health insurance. I had stated that yes I did and then was told they do not accept my insurance I stated I was willing to pay out of pocket but I was still denied that option and was told they can not accept payment to process my labs. I am extremely upset with Salem Health labs as I was willing to pay out of pocket for this. I... read more
