We were just in this morning. Getting a blood draw for minor child. They ended up passing out. Carol was absolutely amazing from the start. She talked with us, made jokes with us, stayed calm during the incident which helped me stay calm as well. She didn’t rush us or make us feel like this was some inconvenience. I get very nervous when I get my blood drawn but they took great care of me! Thank you for making it a quick and painless experience.
It is constant that this operation is grossly understaffed. Salem Health has gotten too big to justify the lack of redundancy built into your staffing plans. Today, there is no receptionist so people are met with a sign that reads "please grab a number and take a seat" in English only. I observed a woman for whom English is not her first language struggle to understand the instructions.
