The work is done efficiently; however, the past two times I have visited for bloodwork, the quality of staff and their bedside manner has drastically reduced by not smiling, lack of eye contact, interrupting, and failure to warn of strong and unpleasant tasting solution before a test, will have me going elsewhere for my laboratory needs.
They have the best phlebotomist I have ever worked with. The ladies are so sincere and so amazing at their jobs! Thank you for being so professional and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the space and all the tools you work with!
