Yennifer and Jackie were my blood drawers. I told them I tend to faint a lot when my blood is taken. They gave me juice. When my blood was taken I wasn’t feeling well. They made sure I was okay and allowed me to stay until I felt ready to leave. They gave me another juice while I waited!
Not all of the staff is friendly! Guess someone was having a bad Day! Lol
Came around 4:00pm on a Monday. Less busy than building A lab, C lab was not busy at all. Rhonda was ready to check me in at the front desk, and Darlene was great, friendly, and able to get my blood with one seamless poke despite being referred here because I’m difficult to get a vein on. Will come here again if needed.
Your in-patient and out-patient prescription is different. I tried to complain to the pharmacist and they told me that they cannot refill or substitute it and to call my doctor... NO ! ... I'm trying to say: your pharmaceuticals DOES DIFFER between in-patient and out-patient prescriptions ! I'm going to file a grievance.
