How sad, I worked healthcare for years and Salem you have gone down hill. A young friend went to the Salem Hospital urgent care with a private problem. She heard the nurse and doctor arguing over who was going to assist the doctor, and the entire staff making fun of her. The last thing was the doctor shushing the nurse and then giggling after she said she was quitting if she had to go into that room. You violated the HIPPA rights of a sexual assault victim.. when she said this assault that noted 15 injuries was the smallest of detailsshe was not lying.. Are you kidding me right now, Salem Health? Your collections people are calling me DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC for payment? I haven't worked regularly in 5 weeks, have not received my stimulus payment, and have received 1 UI payment. I'm trying to survive right now. You all have lost your minds. Dr. Webb Wilson at Urgent Care needs a mask tutorial, TODAY. In the middle of otherwise great care for a fractured toe, he came in and pulled his mask down to say hi, explaining that "they told me I have 15 seconds." (Not sure the germs got that memo.) His mask immediately slipped off his nose and he didn't fix it, and it was hanging off his chin in about two minutes. He left and came back with paperwork, with no mask at all, and talked to me from less than 3 feet away. I was appalled.
Recommendedkarlie is very caring comforting and funny. Dr. maufitt whom no longer works with the institue made me so comfortable during my experiance as a stage 4 cancer patient. Dr monroe is my new onocologist and awesome as well. She cares about her patience and listens to all your concerns addressing each one till im satisfied before leaving my appts. Not to mention her ability and education in robotic surgeries.
