RecommendedThe Emergency Department is very well organized. My husband went in with Afib and the team that treated him was amazing. They saw him immediately. Within 10 minutes a doctor saw him and organized his treatment. Was successfully brought back to rhythm in a timely manner. Very professional.
Recommendedlast January my nephew was admitted. The care and compassion the entire staff gave and showed to him and to his family & friends was remarkable. Nothing i have ever experienced before by a hospital or a medical facility. Family and friends made the decision to take him off life support. we all knew that is what he wanted. RecommendedI went in to the Er not knowing I had pneumonia, after blacking out after an X-ray the emergency team took amazing care of me, I then got admitted and found out I tested positive for Covid. All the doctors, RN’s and CNA’s that work with me during my 8 day stay was amazing. It was very rough and painful at times and I missed my kiddos but I felt very taken care of and I will be so grateful for them making sure I was able to come home to my boys

RecommendedAwesome place to work, super respected my employees, the CEO is amazing and very concerned about Covid regardless of what others may think. She’s a female former nurse, and is so knowledgeable about the real ins and outs of patient care. It’s a magnet designated hospital meanings it’s won awards for nursing excellence and the way they treat them. Also gave birth here almost 4 years ago now and had a good experience considering I was in labor for almost two days straight. Can’t recommend enough.
Worst hospital I’ve ever experienced. Trying to get them to fill out paperwork or send any X-rays etc to another provider is almost impossible. Not to mention when you call and ask for any sort of help because they still haven’t filled out your workers comp claim they give you nothing but attitude, like I’m the one who did something wrong.
I called to make an appointment for my SO yesterday. I specifically called the Woodburn location because she works in Woodburn. She asked if the address my SO was residing was correct - I said she (my SO) does not live there anymore and the receptionist told me she only asked because she wanted to make sure she had the right account. We made her appointment for 720pm. Showed up, and we were told that they scheduled the appointment in Salem because that’s where it says she lives. Just because everyone has to wear a mask doesn’t make it ok to act as if patients don’t exist. My masked experience made me feel almost inhuman and I’m sure others can relate to my experience. Your sanitation procedures seem almost non existent and negligent. While waiting in the ER today another woman started vomiting intensely and it amazed me how no one came to her attention.
